After you submit your request, you’ll receive a personalized quote, along with a booking link. If you’d like to move forward, you can use that link to officially schedule your cleaning.

We accept payments through Wix, Visa, Apple Pay, and PayPal. A 40% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment, with the remaining balance due the day before your service. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable if the appointment is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time.

Absolutely. You can stay home, step out, or return when the cleaning is finished—whatever is most comfortable for you.

If you choose to be home during your service, we kindly ask that the areas being cleaned are kept clear so we can work efficiently and safely. For everyone’s comfort and safety, children and pets should be supervised at all times, and we ask that they are kept out of the active cleaning areas while service is in progress.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, reach out as soon as possible—we’re always happy to try to find a better time for you. Changes made at least 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund of any deposit. Requests made within 48 hours are subject to a $50 cancellation or rescheduling fee.

We understand that emergencies happen, and in genuine situations, fees may be waived at Ever Clean’s discretion. If Ever Clean needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will receive a full refund of any deposit or the option to reschedule at a time that works best for you.
